At Aetheria Lux, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional massage and beauty therapy services tailored to the needs of my clients. My mission is to promote wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation through a variety of therapeutic techniques, including specialty treatments like aromatherapy massage. What drives me most is the simple joy of helping others release the stresses and tensions of everyday life. In our fast-paced world, a healing touch can do wonders, which is why at Aetheria Lux, my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can let go and feel truly cared for.

With over 7 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in helping people find deep relaxation and renewed energy. My training in the art of therapeutic massage and specialized aromatherapy techniques allows me to create personalized, restorative treatments that blend skilled touch with the soothing power of aromatherapy. Additionally, I offer lymphatic drainage therapy to enhance your wellness journey. This is to assess for any contraindications (allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, varicose veins, recent injury, or conditions such as diabetes and heart issues). Additionally, I offer lymphatic drainage treatments that enhance your overall well-being. Using luxurious ESPA products renowned for their premium, naturally inspired formulations, these treatments nourish your skin and elevate your senses with exquisite scents and textures.

Return and Refund Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your appointment for mobile massage, facials, or lymphatic drainage, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from the final treatment price payable on the day.

The deposit covers preparation time, travel to your location, and reserving your slot. It helps ensure reliability for all clients.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

- More than 48 hours' notice (before your appointment time): You can cancel or reschedule free of charge. Your 50% deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

- Less than 48 hours' notice (including same-day cancellations) or no-show (failure to attend without notice): The full 50% deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. This covers the reserved time and any travel costs incurred. No refunds or transfers will apply in these cases. Future bookings may require full prepayment.

Medical Contraindications Exception

Your safety and wellbeing come first. If, during the pre-treatment consultation or on arrival, a contraindication is identified that means I cannot safely perform the treatment (e.g., fever, active infection, acute inflammation, DVT, or other absolute contraindication as listed on our Contraindications page), the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled.

In these cases:

- Your 50% deposit will be fully refunded (or transferred to a future suitable appointment if you prefer).

- No cancellation fee will apply, even if notice is short.

This exception applies only to genuine medical/safety issues disclosed honestly. Minor illnesses or non-medical reasons do not qualify.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event I need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), I will give as much notice as possible. Your 50% deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date at your convenience—no fees apply.

Refunds Process

- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 days via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal).

- No cash refunds for gift vouchers or prepaid packages unless required by law.

- All decisions on exceptions are at my discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time (or a few minutes early for mobile setup). Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment (to respect the next client’s slot) or cancellation with the deposit forfeited, at my discretion.

To ensure your aromatherapy massage, facial, or lymphatic drainage experience is completely safe, tailored, and deeply nurturing, please take a few minutes to complete our Pre-Treatment Consultation Form after booking your appointment.

This short form helps us:

- Understand your health history and any specific needs

- Customise your treatment (pressure, focus areas, and oil choices—including our unscented grape seed oil option if you prefer no aromas)

- Safely use the beautiful ESPA products and essential oils we love (or keep everything gentle and fragrance-free, as highlighted on our No Scents page)

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. All information is completely confidential and used only to personalise your session.

How to complete it:

1. Book your appointment first (via the booking link/button).

2. You will receive a booking confirmation email with a clickable link to the consultation form. You can complete it digitally, on your computer/ phone/ tablet/ or print it. Once finished email it back to us at aetherialux@aetherialux.com - alternatively, fill it out directly in the form section / attach it when you confirm your booking.

3. Complete and submit it at your earliest convenience—ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can prepare everything for your treatment.
