slower strokes, friction, and trigger points. Includes consultation, focused work on problem areas, warm towels, and travel. Uses neutral carrier oil (unscented; no essential oils). Check contraindications (e.g., recent injury) for safety.
Hot Stone Massage
Duration: 60 minutes /90 minutes

Your therapist uses these warm stones—along with long, flowing strokes and targeted pressure—to melt away tension, ease stiffness, and promote profound relaxation.
We use only a high-quality neutral carrier oil to allow the stones to glide effortlessly over the skin, providing just the right amount of slip without any added fragrance or essential oils. This makes the treatment ideal for those who prefer a pure, unscented experience or have sensitivities to aromatic products.
